SEEDS OF HOPE

Seeds of Hope is an initiative to bring backyard gardening within reach of those who may not have the knowledge or financial resources to begin gardening without an outside boost. The Seeds of Hope seed bank was started to begin gathering donated seeds which could in turn be given away at no cost to neighbors in local communities.

 

The genius of Seeds of Hope is in the partnerships. By partnering with local organizations, we are able to put seeds into the hands of those who already know families who could benefit from growing a portion of their own food. Many of these organizations also have access to local gardeners who are willing to share their knowledge to insure that a seed planted becomes a harvest reaped.
