Orders are shipped on business days only. Should we experience a high volume of orders that delays your delivery, we will communicate delay to you by email.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information for your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
HopeBuilders is primarily a fundraising site, but we want you to shop with confidence. So we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be at customer expense. To initiate a return, please email returns@Hope-Builders.com
DAMAGES
HopeBuilders is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Email returns@Hope-Builders.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
